At GiaNec Gift Shop, we work with different production partners to bring you high-quality, made-to-order products. Because of this, shipping times may vary based on the product and location. Below is a general guideline for our shipping process.
Processing & Production Times
- Production Time: Most of our items are made to order and take 1-4 business days for production before shipping.

Processing Time: Once production is complete, orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Below are general estimates:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (if available, additional charges apply)
- International Shipping: 10- 30 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
Shipping Partners & Delivery
Since we work with different print-on-demand providers, your order may be shipped from different locations. If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Orders
- If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at gianecgiftshop@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
- GiaNec Gift Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.
